About Me

I am a kindergarten teacher in Florida.  I have been teaching kindergarten for 7 seven years.  I have also taught 2nd grade.  So this is my 10th year teaching. (OMG!!  That makes me sound so old) I used to live in Ohio.   I love Ohio.  I love the seasons and snow days (hehe).  I have my Masters in Reading and I am a National Board Certified Teacher.  I have my ESOL endorsement as well as my Reading endorsement.  I love teaching.  Ever since I can remember, teaching has been what I wanted to do.  I remember trying to teach my stuffed animals when I was little.  I love kids and I enjoy watching all of them grow every year. 

I am married to my wonderful husband named Chad.  We have a little adorable boy named Liam.  Liam is 3 years old.  He loves the color blue, playing with the iPad, and running around.  He is a very active boy.  We also have a black lab named Charlie.
